After checking in at the lodge, take some time to relax and immerse yourself in the breathtaking surroundings. Lunch, featuring local cuisine, will be served between 12:30pm and 3:00pm. We recommend indulging in an afternoon siesta and staying hydrated to aid in your acclimatization. Teatime commences at 3:00pm, followed by a variety of activities near the lodge in the afternoon. Immerse in the lake's beauty and navigate through nearby totora reeds with options like kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, and sailing. Alternatively, embark on a bicycle ride through the fields of the Platería district, take a leisurely stroll along country paths, or observe local birds while surrounded by Puno’s striking landscapes. A day filled with cultural exploration, natural beauty, and epicurean delights. Embark on an active day filled with unforgettable experiences. You can optionally begin the day by witnessing a stunning sunrise before enjoying a wholesome breakfast in bed or on the terrace. Guided by local experts, explore the Floating Islands of Uros, and meet traditional Uro-Aymara families known for their unique culture and craftsmanship. Continue the day by immersing yourself in Quechua culture on Taquile Island, renowned for its UNESCO-recognized weaving tradition. Marvel at the complex messages conveyed through the patterns woven into vibrant textiles, depicting aspects of the artisans’ lives and social status. Enjoy a picturesque picnic set against the backdrop of Titicaca's waters and sky, with views of Bolivia's Cordillera Real. Return to the hotel for cocktails at 6:30pm, followed by an à la carte dinner at 7:30pm. (B/L/D).

Embark on an active day, starting with a dawn awakening to witness a splendid sunrise before enjoying a healthy breakfast in bed or on the terrace at your convenience. Then take a full day to explore the Aymara Route, discovering landscapes, wildlife, villages, and panoramic views of the Chucuito peninsula and Ácora community. Your local guide will share the ancient oral traditions of the local people, transporting you to pre-Inca times and unveiling the central role of Lake Titicaca in Andean life. Travel by car, bicycle, or foot along country paths, capturing inspiring views of the lake and observing native birds and archaeological remains. After a delightful breakfast, we will help you tailor your morning activities based on your departure time. Options include a short excursion, an enroute exploration, or engaging in activities close to the lodge. Consider the enroute excursion to Sillustani, a mysterious ancient site with well-preserved chullpas, or funerary towers, representing various pre-Inca cultures. These intriguing conical structures symbolizing the cyclical nature of birth and death were built for chiefs and dignitaries using stones weighing up to six tons!
