Overview

Huaraz and the world´s highest tropical range of mountains have one of the most attractive treks you may find in your journey to Peru. This program has a perfect combination of panoramas, fauna and flora and pre-Inca Archeological sites that will take you back in time. The first days while we acclimatize for our Huayhuash Trek, we will visit the famous Huascaran National Park where we will enjoy flora, lakes and landscapes. Llanganuco Valley with its lakes are a must while you visit the Callejon de Huaylas. For the next days and with new access roads into what is considered the most spectacular mountain scenery of Peru, we have developed this short trek into the heart of this panoramic mountain range. It offers a new opportunity for those who don’t have the time to do the longer, classic traditional route. A prerequisite however is to be well acclimatized since we get high fast. We invite you to review the full itinerary and observe the many incredible things you can discover along the way. Do not forget to check our tips on the left side of this window, we want you in good condition. See you on the trail!
