Cooking Classes with the PMC Head Chef

Not only will you leave this hands-on cooking class with a very satisfied belly, but also with a wealth of cultural knowledge, some very handy Andean cooking skills and most importantly delicious recipes to take home with you! The day begins with a visit to the San Pedro Market to pick up the freshest produce and learn about local ingredients. Returning to the lookout balcony on top of San Cristóbal Church (or the PMC Kitchen depending on weather) the cooking class begins. Prepare an entree, main and desert with an accompanying glass of wine, then sit back and enjoy your hard work!

Mimosa and Cheese Bar

Morning, afternoon, evening: It’s always a good time for a Mimosa and Cheese Bar, especially when the selection is as good as this! With a display of sparking wine, mimosas and local fruit juices to sip on, complemented with a variety of cheeses, bread and local snacks (sweet and savoury) you’ll be tempted to indulge at all times of day. Located outside on the lookout balcony during dry season and inside next to the open fireplace during wet season.

Andean Grill

For all the meat lovers out there, feast upon premium sirloin beef, cuts of tender alpaca and lamb, honey mustard chicken wings, assorted home-made sausages; paired up with mixed salads, grilled vegetables, native potatoes. The Hotel
