Papallacta village is located some 67 km / 42 mi east of Quito on the road from Quito to Baeza. Papallacta village is actually a rustic town with limited tourism infrastructure, however, the main attraction is the Termas de Papallacta hot springs and spa perched on a high Andean valley at the entrance route to the Amazonian rainforest.
