We will visit Cusco, with its beautiful colonial buildings and the nearby archaeological Inca remains, later the Machu Picchu Sanctuary nestled above the Urubamba river. Then onto Puno, situated on the shores of lake Titicaca, touring Takile and Uros islands. |

| Day 1 CUSCO |

| Arrival in Cusco from any part of Peru or abroad. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. Morning free to acclimatize. In the afternoon you will visit nearby archaeological remains and then the historic sites in this "World Heritage City", including Inca and colonial buildings. Overnight at hotel, lunch and dinner on your own. |

| Day 2 MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO |

| After breakfast, early morning departure to the train station for the ride to Machu Picchu. All day guided tour to the Lost Citadel of the Incas nestled above the Urubamba river, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Return in the afternoon back to Cusco. Transfer to your hotel. Dinner on your own. |

| Day 3 CUSCO / PUNO |

| Traveling by bus a full day ride with lunch will bring us to the highland town of Puno situated on the shores of Lake Titicaca. The route takes you through the narrow Cusco Valley onto the Vilcanota Valley, passing through prosperous provincial towns to finally reach the "altiplano" (highland savannah) known as Puna. On the journey we will stop to visit various sites, including the Wari/Inca Raqchi complex. Transfer to your hotel and overnight. Lunch and dinner on your own. |

| Day 4 PUNO / LAKE TITICACA / PUNO |

| Full day visit by boat to Takile Island, box lunch included. On route we will see and experience the Titicaca National Reserve, a wetland area formed by the lake as the rainy season increases its level, visiting the floating islands of the Uros. The island of Takile, in the middle of Lake Titicaca, is a paradise of peace and beauty. Dedicated to agriculture and weaving, the isolation has allowed its inhabitants to maintain their traditions almost intact. Late afternoon return to the mainland. Overnight at hotel, dinner on your own. |

| Transfer to the Juliaca airport to take your flight to Lima or any other destination. |
