As we trek to remote places and leave our drop-off point at the road head of our planned itinerary, we experience new stimuli and we are left to perform according to our physical capabilities and skills at traversing landscapes. Views and encounters with local living cultures- stone strewn trails or flag- stoned paths or rocky stops, will be our way of immersing ourselves surrounded by spectacular panoramas of the Andes mountains, hills, highland savannahs and narrow canyons with the backdrop of snow- capped peaks- all in our path as we venture through the Andes – believe us- when the trek comes to an end, you wish it had just started.
